Alaskan Climate Action Plan calls for carbon price mechanism
A plan to combat the threat of climate change in Alaska is being finalized with a carbon price mechanism recommended by Alaskan leaders.

408 solar panels were installed this summer along the Parks Highway north of Willow and will be selling power to Matanuska Electric Association The panels will be able to produce electricity year round and the owners estimate they will be able to repay their investment in 8-10 years
